Our standard shipping charges which only covers consumable items listed in our Website and not apply to any bulk order items or trade volumes (i.e any unusual volumes of orders which exceed standard family shopping)

Shipping rates for each region are calculated based on the total weight of the products and packing before check out to make easier for you to take a decision to proceed with the order. Courier charges are subject to change without notice as we use third party providers. We are trying to keep the courier charges to the minimum to help our customers.

Rural delivery charges will apply to all orders from rural delivery addresses. Wellington Shipping rate – Max weight : 25kg and excess will be chargeable.

Note we reserve the right to change a shipping charge where our standard shipping charges do not reasonably reflect our actual shipping costs for a particular item. In this case, we will contact you with a revised shipping charge for your approval, before processing your order)

Please note that the shipping costs calculated by the shipping cart, only apply to as per shipping weight (not content weight) shown in the website and the lightweight items that can be delivered by courier. We will contact you should we need to adjust the shipping price for you if you order above the weights given in the rate table. If you are ordering any bulk food items freight fees will be calculated based on volumes and the area.

For any special orders with large quantities or Bulk food items please contact us for a quote. If you would like a quote for shipping prior to placing your order, please feel free to contact us.

If any change is required to your order, we will NEVER charge your credit card with additional cost until we have received your approval to proceed.

While every care is made to provide accurate information in this website as to pricing, availability and product details, we will not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions or inability to fulfill an order due to insufficient or unavailable stock.

Please contact us to request a return. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt and must be in original packaging, and not used.
